The staff were very welcoming and provided great customer care. Convenient parking right next to the hotel. - the rooms are en suite, compact, and equipped with coffee/tea makers, a work desk, and a TV set. - the hotel is in a great location, with the ferry port being very close by.

the hotel of choice in stornoway. magnificent and handy location not very far from stornoway golf club. domestic area adjacent to harbour, and centre. en suite rooms and substantial breakfast available.
-
Margaret
The room was en suite with a view and I truly enjoyed incredibly welcoming staff. The location was great and ideal, not too far from a Baronial mansion...

The staff at Caladh Inn are very caring and provide great service. The hotel is well-run and offers good value for money. The room I stayed in was a nice size, well-kept, and the bathroom was spacious. I appreciated the bonus amenities like an iron/ironing board, electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers.

Alf
The staff was efficient and smart and the breakfast was substantial.

Mary
The location is ideal if the ferry arrives late in the evening.
The hotel is a bit out of date. The breakfast area resembles a hall and is not very comfortable.
-
Hal
This place is in a great location near a chip shop, the city center, the harbor, and the terminal, making it convenient for visiting Lanntair Auditorium.

Jack
Room without windows, illuminated only by a ceiling light shaft. Bunker style.

This is the second time we have stayed in the hotel. We find it convenient for the town, especially leaving the car there!!!!!!and it gives us easy access to visit family and friends. We especially liked the room we had this time(40)apart from the noise of the lift!!!!
My partner finds the T V frustrating as you still only have 4 channels!!!!!He is a late person and likes to watch TV late at night!!!!!!!!

This venue offers stunning views of the surrounding area and provides a tranquil atmosphere in a historic building.

The location was close to both the ferry port and the town centre.
This 2 star hotel is more like a hostel, which is okay, except for the prices. Both the accommodation and the food & drinks are very overpriced. I expect a lot more for the prices charged.

Close to Ferry Port and to restaurants. They put on Continental breakfast from 5am and this allows you to get a bite to eat before getting the ferry at 7am
All was good

Staff was excellent, friendly and very eager to please, so no fault there. Our room was small, tired and in need of an upgrade; nowhere in the hotel was very warm. All in all it was rather expensive for what was on offer at £118.00 for the room per night.
